What you will be doing

As an Account Director, you will lead our teams to create first-class marketing campaigns for a range of brands, from start-ups to global enterprises. You will work closely with clients, focusing on achieving results that have a significant positive impact on the clients’ businesses, which ensure maximum return on their investment. You will play a pivotal role in guiding Napier's strategy and profitability as well as influencing change to make sure we remain the number one choice in our industry.

Day-to-day, you'll oversee our Account Managers and ensure our clients trust our ideas, strategies and capability to deliver world class campaigns. Whether you're leading a client briefing session or meeting them for a catch up, you will be a trusted advisor and their go-to expert for all things PR and Marketing. You'll work alongside our creative, content, technical and digital teams, taking responsibility for the agency's work for our clients and providing advice and guidance to shape our solutions. You will be confident using your skills and experience to help mentor and train our junior marketers and graduates, as well as rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck in.

 What you will need.

  • You will be well versed in the latest B2B marketing strategies and know exactly how to deliver against client’s objectives.
  • Market knowledge and the ability to understand clients’ needs to ensure account growth.
  • You will be an experienced people manager who can motivate and lead a team to success.
  • Strategic in your approach and know how to manage and optimise campaign performance
  • Experience in leading creative briefs and highly competent when it comes to project management
  • You will be data driven and understand how to effectively use data for storytelling and insight analysis
