What you will be doing

• Logging incoming purchase invoices and circulating them through the internal approval process
• Inputting purchase invoices ready for payment onto our online banking system
• Clearing the PO’s and coding the invoices
• Loading purchase invoices onto the agency’s management system Managing monthly staff credit card statements and expenses and logging these onto the agency’s management system
• Assisting Account Managers with setting up Jobs, Quotes and PO’s onto the agency’s management system
• Raising monthly invoices for clients on the agency’s management system. This will require consultation with the Account Managers before they can be raised
• Assisting Account Managers with placing PO’s for Media Buying
• Running reports and analysing data to help with agency management, resourcing, and profitability
• Management of office supplies including stationery, water etc
• Answering incoming phone calls and greeting visitors
• Any other general duties deemed reasonable by the Napier Directors

What you will need.

The successful candidate will have meticulous attention to detail, along with great organisation and planning skills. You will be proficient working with numbers and be experienced in using Excel Pivot tables to manipulate, analyse and interpret stats for monthly reports.

You will also be a confident communicator and be comfortable updating Line managers and colleagues with work status and highlighting any areas of concern.

2 years plus in a similar role is essential.
